4. Subscription and Payment

NEXUS offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

AI PREDICTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS GUARANTEED OUTCOMES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

18. Severability

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NEXUS regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
